Custom Foam
We can customize, develop and partner on any foam specifications required by our customers.
We also specialize in custom foam eg. Sports Foam (high jump mats, rugby post protectors and gym mats) as well as Specialized Medical Foam (hospital mattresses, hospital accessories and physiotherapy accessories).
Uncovered Foam
Slit Sheet Foam: Our foam is cut into sheets for the furniture and bedding market. Our foam can be cut to order at any sheet size to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
CNC Cut Foam: To suit our customers requirements, we can cut and customize all densities and sizes of foam to any desired shape on our automated CNC cutters.
Peeling: Available at any density required, foam peeling can be cut into rolls from 3mm to 30mm thick.
Foam Blocks: Our uncut foam blocks, including re-bond, are available in specific densities.
Convoluted Foam: Our convoluted foam can be cut to thickness or convoluted depth and supplied in any density required. The foam is cut on a specialized convoluting automatic cutter to precise specifications.
Technical Foam
Visco Elastic foam or memory foam and High Resilient Foam.
Memory foam consists mainly of polyurethane as well as additional chemicals increasing its viscosity and density. It is often referred to as “viscoelastic” polyurethane foam. Its most common domestic uses are mattresses, pillows, shoes and blankets.
